elastix dail goodbye

i can dial extensions created(114,112,111,110,115) in elastix, but when i try to dial outside trunk calls, it says good bye message.

Warning : simply reloading Asterisk is not enough to activate the AMI ; you need to restart Asterisk (check that nobody is on the phone, because a restart of Asterisk will stop all ongoing phone calls).

Look at your dialing rules, in Elastix......outgoing, most likely the dialing rule looks like 9.| meaning you need to prefix 9 to your dialed...clicked number.
